The latest project by Swiss independent watchmaking workshop Artisans de Genève is a perfect replica Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711 reimagined with an ice blue sapphire openworked dial.

Following the client’s initial request for an openworked dial, the workshop went on to skeletonize its movement. In capturing the calmness and serenity in nature, the dial plate is crafted from a blue sapphire, accompanied by gray-gold indices. The white gold bezel of luxury fake Patek Philippe is embedded with hand-crafted blue sapphires that echo the brilliance of its new dial.
